Hey, just a tip.
Before you post your art, go and edit your art beforehand.
When this happens, just go and rotate it one way and then back.
This happens to me sometimes too. :D

oh i did edit it to stand facing up! newgrounds was the one that flipped it around. it was irreversible as far as i could see
